Donald Trump Shares Heartbreaking Details of the Moment Barron Learned of Assassination Attempt

In a deeply moving interview on Fox News, former President Donald Trump opened up to conservative commentator Mark Levin about the terrifying moments his family endured during the July 2024 assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania. Specifically, Trump shared a heart-wrenching story about his youngest son, Barron Trump, and how the teenager first learned that his father had been shot.

A Family of Class and Resilience

Before diving into the harrowing events of that day, Levin took a moment to praise the Trump family’s resilience and dignity, contrasting them with other high-profile political dynasties.

"Look at your family... beautiful children, beautiful grandchildren," Levin said during the interview. "You know, you have kids that come out of wealthy families, they got all kinds of problems. Yours do not. They support their father. They’ll do anything for their father. They love their country right down the line."

Levin then asked Trump how he and his wife, Melania, managed to raise such grounded children, and how the former First Lady coped with watching her husband nearly lose his life on live television.

The Moment the News Broke on the Tennis Court

Trump revealed that while Melania was watching the rally live on television, 18-year-old Barron was outside at the time, completely unaware of the danger his father was in.
